Caramelized Apples: 
2 medium apples peeled and diced 
3/4 glass. Walnuts, lightly chopped 
tablespoon butter 
1/2 glass. Brown sugar (light and dry) 
pinch of cinnamon 
juice of 1 / 2 lemons

To pour the melted butter and cinnamon sugar. Stir, then lay off the apples and heat until the apples are covered with golden caramel. Add nuts and lemon juice. Mix everything. Leave to cool, then reload the bottom of the baking trays lined with parchment paper or greased with butter.
Time to prepare dough.

CAKE: 
2 medium apples peeled and grated on the large mesh grater

100g of dissolved butter 
2 eggs 
1/2 glass. Light brown sugar 
1 teaspoon cinnamon 
Pinch of salt 
1 teaspoon baking powder 
1 cup. Flour wheat
