INGREDIENTS
- 7 whole graham crackers
- 2 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 2 cups (12-oz. pkg.) NESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
- 2/3 cup light corn syrup
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 3 cups KELLOGG'S RICE KRISPIES Cereal
INSTRUCTIONS
GREASE 13 x 9-inch microwave-safe dish.
PLACE 6 whole graham crackers in single layer on bottom of dish. Cut remaining graham crackers to fill remainder of bottom. Sprinkle marshmallows evenly over crackers. Heat on HIGH (100%) power for 1 minute or until marshmallows are puffed; cool completely.
HEAT morsels, corn syrup and butter in large, uncovered microwave-safe bowl on HIGH (100%) power for 1 minute; STIR. Morsels may retain some of their original shape. Microwave an additional 30 seconds; stir until smooth. Stir in peanut butter until smooth. Add cereal; mix until evenly coated. Spread cereal mixture evenly over marshmallows. Cover; refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares. Store in airtight container.
STOVETOP RECIPE:
